TECHNICAL TRAINING

Jiu-jitsu can be a very difficult sport without the right guidance - with so many technique options, it's hard to pinpoint which ones are important. With my curriculum and no nonsense strategy, you will have a clear idea of what you have to learn next in your game.

SELF DEFENCE

Although jiu-jitsu is considered a sportive martial art now, it's roots lie with self-defence, especially for smaller practitioners to defeat larger opponents. This was evident and proven when Royce Gracie was able to defeat larger opponents of different styles in the first several UFCs.

GET FIT FAST

A big part of jiu-jitsu is getting in shape. When you train BJJ, it will happen whether you like it or not! However, it is possible to focus the training on the fitness aspect while still learning the sport and self defence. Classes will include specific fitness training with special movements and resistance training.
