Whatever the reason may be, there are so many benefits to training jiu-jitsu that practitioners gain everything aforementioned and more. Therefore, it's an amazing art and a sport for anyone that chooses to practice it.

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU
FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned competitor, I offer everything ranging from an organized curriculum that covers fundamentals and essential strategies that will help you progress at a faster rate. I will help you focus on a style that is your own and find what technique works for your body type. One of the great qualities of jiu-jitsu is that it can be customized to anyone's needs and still accomplish the main goal.
SELF DEFENCE
Although jiu-jitsu is considered a sportive martial art now, it's roots lie with self-defence, especially for smaller practitioners to defeat larger opponents. This was evident and proven when Royce Gracie was able to defeat larger opponents of different styles in the first several UFCs.
GET FIT FAST
A big part of jiu-jitsu is getting in shape. When you train BJJ, it will happen whether you like it or not! However, it is possible to focus the training on the fitness aspect while still learning the sport and self defence. Classes will include specific fitness training with special movements and resistance training.
